Great insight, typical Rodin. I read Rodin’s biography, “Naked came I” over forty years ago and remember the passion and commitment Rodin had to capture the human body in its grandeur, the hard work he put in to understand the movement of muscles beneath the skin. His comments on Shiva are breathtaking.
